Yoga Community Day with 412Yoga
Free yoga taught by Iulia Grosu from 412Yoga outside the farm at The Cafe in Rockwell Park. Following yoga stick around for mushroom talks, bocce, music, and more. Don't forget to bring your own mat, water bottle, and any yoga accessories you prefer.

Followed by Mushroom Culivation Demostration, Samples, as well as Bocce, Music, and some light refreshments. Participants are also welcome to bring light refreshments, or stop by East End Co-Op or Common Place Coffee, and have a picnic with us.
