Steel City Spore's  Blue Oyster are reliable producers and made with sustainable materials. These tend to yield large flushes of blue / steel colored mushrooms, but they do need enough humidity. So extra misting is highly encourage, or place by a humdifer for this speices!
 
After the first flush (first mushroom growth and harvest), there is oppurinty for multiple flushes. We hope you try for them! Afterwards, our substrate is a balance of hardwoods, coffee, cardboard, and soy hulls, between that and the mycliem it makes an excellent compost for the garden.
