Steel City Spore's  Golden Oysters are reliable producers and made with sustainable materials. These tend to yield large flushes of golden colored mushrooms, but they do need enough humidity. So extra misting is highly encouraged, or placed by a humidifier for this species!
 
After the first flush (first mushroom growth and harvest), there is an opportunity for multiple flushes. We hope you try for them! Afterward, our substrate is a balance of hardwoods, coffee, cardboard, and soy hulls, between that and the mycliem it makes an excellent compost for the garden.
